Amron Labs (“Amron Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through amronlabs.com and related forms and communications, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you complete a form or contact us. This typically includes:

  • Identifiers such as your full name, email address, phone number, city, and state
  • General interest information you choose to share so we can screen you for studies
  • Records of your consent selections, including whether you opted in to text messages
  • Communications you send us, such as emails or messages

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, approximate region, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand general usage.

2. How we use your information

  • To review your details and screen you for studies Amron Labs supports
  • To contact you about studies you may be eligible for
  • To send service updates and account notifications, if you consented to texts
  • To send marketing communications, if you separately consented to receive them
  • To respond to your questions and provide support
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate our website, hosting, email, and messaging systems, under contracts that restrict their use of the information to providing those services
  • With research professionals conducting a study you have expressed interest in, so that eligibility can be determined
  • Where required by applicable law or valid legal process
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

4. Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes, and consent to receive texts is never required in order to be considered for a study.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including keeping your details on file so you can be considered for future studies, and for as long as required to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
