These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Amron Labs website at amronlabs.com and any related forms, communications, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Amron Labs is a clinical research organization that supports clinical studies carried out by qualified research professionals at established research facilities. Amron Labs is not a clinic or medical provider and does not provide medical care or medical advice. Any study-related care is provided by the professionals conducting each study. Nothing on this website should be treated as a substitute for advice from your own healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility and use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a form, and to keep that information up to date. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

3. Participation is voluntary

Submitting a form does not enroll you in any study and does not guarantee that you will be found eligible for one. Study types and availability vary. Participation in any study is entirely voluntary, follows an informed consent process, and may be discontinued by you at any time without giving a reason.

4. Compensation

Qualifying studies may offer compensation for your time and participation. Amounts vary by study and are disclosed before enrollment. Compensation reflects your time, travel, and effort and is not a payment tied to any health outcome.

5. SMS program terms

If you check the optional consent box on our form, you agree to receive recurring automated service updates and account notification text messages from Amron Labs at the phone number you provide. The following terms apply to that program:

• Program description: recurring automated service updates and account notifications relating to studies Amron Labs supports.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity and the studies you are being considered for.
• Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
• Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@amronlabs.com or (408) 813-4309.
• Consent is not required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services, and is not required to be considered for a study.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Sharing: your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes.

A separate optional checkbox allows you to consent to marketing communications and promotions sent to the phone number provided. That consent is also optional and can be withdrawn at any time using the same STOP instruction.

6. Email and phone communications

By submitting a form you agree that a coordinator may contact you by email or phone about studies you may be eligible for. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@amronlabs.com.

7. Privacy

Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Amron Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Third-party links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
